Registration
The registration deadline has passed (March 31st at 23:59 Central European Time).
Registration fees:
- 600 € for students
- 700 € for postdocs
- 850 € for all other participants
The fees cover:
- Full participations in lectures
- 8 night accommodation in Pula (arrival on May 5th and departure on May 13th)
- Breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks & banquets
- Daily bus transportation between Sardegna Ricerche and Pula
Please note the following conditions for the accommodation: We will assign you a place in a hotel in Pula and email you all information by April 7th. Students will be placed in double or triple rooms, post-docs will be placed in single or double rooms, all the other participants will be placed in single rooms. We will try to match your requests concerning roommates, that you can indicate at the registration page.
If you arrive earlier than the 5th or leave later than the13th, you will have to book additional accommodation yourself.
If you prefer to find your own accommodation the fees will be reduced to
- 350 € for students
- 400 € for postdocs
- 500 € for all other participants
We do not encourage you to choose this option, since Pula is a small village (~7000 inhabitants) and therefore finding an accommodation may be problematic (note that we will not be able to help you).
